1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using IP IPTV Canada (ipiptv.ca), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of IP IPTV Canada.
2. Service Description
IP IPTV Canada provides an internet-based television (IPTV) streaming service that delivers live channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guide functionality via IP-based protocols. Our service includes 40,000+ live channels, 100,000+ on-demand titles, and 4K Ultra HD streaming where available.
3. Account Registration
To use our service, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, valid email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be 18 years or older to subscribe.
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
We offer three subscription tiers: 3 months ($28.99 CAD), 6 months ($48.99 CAD), and 12 months ($78.99 CAD). All payments are in Canadian dollars. Subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full subscription amount at the time of purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: (a) resell, redistribute, or share your account credentials with third parties; (b) use the service for any illegal purpose; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decrypt, or tamper with the service; (d) use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service; (e) stream content on more than the number of devices permitted by your plan; (f) record, copy, or redistribute any content streamed via our service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content delivered through IP IPTV remains the intellectual property of its respective owners. The IP IPTV brand, logo, website design, software, and technology are owned by IP IPTV Canada. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, ISP outages, content provider issues, force majeure events, or factors outside our control may cause temporary service interruptions. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by such interruptions.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at /refund-policy/. A 48-hour money-back guarantee applies under specific conditions. After 48 hours, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for any breach of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service ceases immediately and no refunds will be issued.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, IP IPTV Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
