Our commitment
We want every customer to be happy with their IPTV service. Because we offer a free 24-hour trial, we strongly encourage you to test the service on your device before purchasing.
Refund eligibility
If you experience a technical issue that our support team cannot resolve, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not available once a subscription has been used without a reported, unresolved technical fault.
How to request a refund
Email help@supportiptv.ca with your order details and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned via your original Interac e-Transfer.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not provided for change of mind after use, issues caused by your own internet connection or device, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.
