48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

IP IPTV Canada offers a strict 48-hour refund window from the moment your subscription is activated. If you experience a critical technical issue we cannot resolve within 48 hours, you may request a full refund.

1. Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of subscription activation.
  • The issue is a verifiable technical failure on our side that prevents you from using the service.
  • You have contacted our support team and given us at least one (1) opportunity to resolve the issue.
  • You have followed the instructions provided in our installation guide.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 48 hours have passed since activation.
  • You changed your mind or no longer want the service.
  • Your internet connection is too slow (under 10 Mbps).
  • Your device is incompatible (you did not check before purchase).
  • You did not contact support before requesting a refund.
  • You violated our Terms of Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@ipiptv.ca within 48 hours.
  2. Subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]".
  3. Include: Your name, email, payment method, and a description of the issue.
  4. Our team responds within 4 hours.
  5. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Partial Refunds

For multi-month subscriptions (6 or 12 months), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion if a critical technical issue occurs mid-subscription and we are unable to resolve it within 7 days. The refund amount is prorated based on unused service days minus a 20% administrative fee.
